and, to the extent possible, courteous handling
of your debtor.
15 years- 9 lawsuits, 4 dismissed as frivolous
and 5 settled with a total of $14,500.00 in nuisance
settlements.
The owner, Don Mashak, is a graduate of the
University of Minnesota and has been in the repossession
business since 1986.
We recognize that lien-holders generally do
not fare well in the current judicial and jury
selection climate and that even in those instances
when they do prevail, the litigation costs are
significant cause for concern. We therefore tend
to be cautious and conservative in our repossession
efforts to minimize the likelihood of litigation.

Interactions with Law Enforcement
4) Double Check
the VIN.
We provide indoor and out door secured storage.
We provide condition reports and inventory
handling in a timely matter.
We actively train and encourage our agents
to be aware of the latest developments in repossession
law.
Accounts are tracked using the state of the
art "Extranet" allowing you to track
assignments, updates, condition reports and invoicing
online.
We do not pay bribes to Client Employees to
get them to overlook our mistakes nor cause them
to enter into agreements that are not in the clients
best interest.
We implore you to closely scrutinize
the insurance declarations on other repossession
companies. It has come to our attention that some
companies do not have true repossession coverage.
Some only have General Liability insurance. Others,
just umbrella Liability Insurance. Your assignment
and vehicle may not be covered by the insurance.
