This is the first of several installments
of advice to consumers with financial problems.
This is advice is provided from the perspective
of a repossession person who has seen
many circumstances involving financial crisis.
This first advice is short but
noteworthy.
Anytime your monthly expenses exceeds
your monthly income, you have to prioritize your
bills from 1-99 plus.
Presumably your house is number one and your primary
transportation is number two. The reason for number
one, I presume to be obvious. The reason for number
two is that you can't pay for number one if you
can't get to work.
From there, choose the priority items important
to you... food, clothes, etc. then start paying
down the list until you run our of money.
I know a there exists a hundred circumstances
and reasons why you will say it is not that simple,
but in the end, it is that simple. Some things
will not get paid for and they might just as well
be the least important things.
